Sura

I am Sura the preschool coordinator ,I have been at Icus for 7 years I learned from IB system how to develop my international mindednesses and how to become open minded for other perspectives and culture. Our stratiges in ICUS early years work on how to learn and discover the world ? through play.

Duha

I'm Duha , I worked as an IB teacher for two years and I started my third year as well, I really enjoy my time working with such wonderful learning community, I'm trying my best to develop my students during activities that are related to the unit.

Seemaa Alnuaimi

I am seemaa Alnuaimi, a homeroom teacher for KG2 at ICUS. I have recently started my IB journey . By being a part of IBWS through ICUS community my teaching methods changed and developed through the concept and the mission of IB and now I’m focusing on how to develop my students' agency through the UOI and learning through play and take the risk to enhance all the students ways of learning and living. With IB education is broad and balanced, conceptual and connected.

Yakut Al dulaymi

I am Yakut Al dulaymi, a homeroom teacher for KG1 at ICUS. I have been part of IBWS since 1 years ago. By being a Homeroom teacher for 5 years in general and 1 year in the ICUs my experience is developing through the CP with our pre-school coordinator and by teaching the IB subjects to my students In our school we support all students by developing their minds to have an open minded student, share an interested subject’s to have a good thinkers and encourage them to become a risk takers and to share duties and give them task’s through our UOI to have a responsible students’. In my class it’s not only a normal classroom it’s their second home we belong to each other we believe, share, encourage , develop, build and support our students through their IB journey.

SHERINE KMAIHA

At ICUS I am both educator and learner. As a Learner, I am proud to deliver professional, unique, diverse and challenging learning to my learners that goes across beyond and between subjects because learners today are OUR leader’s tomorrow. On the side of an educator, I have professional development opportunity to get a rich learning experience and challenging ideas that support IB mission for a better world. Nadia Fayyad

I’m Nadia Fayyad, I have been teaching at ICUS for one year. I have started my second year journey as a PYP homeroom teacher for grade 2. As a member of the learning community, I encourage collaboration and make my students as life-long learners and successfully teach them. Actually, I always develop my students’ thinking skills to develop their IB learner profile attributes and believe in attitude, gratitude, passion and cooperation. In addition, I foster diversity and look forward to obtain a high level of professionalism at all time at ICUS as well as plan individual or group activities to stimulate the growth of learners in social emotional physical well being and academic areas.

Sarah Bassem

I am Sarah Bassem I started my journey here at ICUS two years ago, and this is my third year as a homeroom teacher for grade five students. As an IB teachers we aim to develop learners to become inquirer, caring and knowledgeable young people who help to build a better and more safe world. As fifth graders we reflect our success and development through exhibition were students share their own ideas as the first step to take an action to be the change in this world.

Doha Sabra

I'm Doha Sabra. I'm a PYP homeroom teacher at ICUS. I'm very passionate about starting my career within an IB learning community. My main goal is to help my grade 3 students becoming IB learners by developing their literacy and numeracy skills and to further improve their learner profile.
